Our Park at a Glance.
We have individually landscaped and spacious pitches on our top field, all with hardstanding and electric
hook-ups (10 amp), as well as three very popular grass electric pitches. The pitches are suitable for caravans, motorhomes
and trailer tents. In addition to this we have our 'back' field, with some newly laid hardstandings and 12 new hook
ups (all 16 amp). On this field we have our play area 'trim trail', a safe play area where there are plenty of
perimiter pitches where parents can keep an eye on little ones while they play. This leads to the camping field,
with its permanent barbecue facility and picnic benches, again with ten marked perimeter pitches for tents or caravans with
limited hook ups available. We have recently opened our paddock field
We can boast some excellent facilities, with a
new toilet block, washing up and laundry area (as well as a motorhome service point and all new disposal points), all opened
in February 2010. We now have a separate family / disabled room with a fully adjustable power shower and baby changing
facility.
There are four local pubs, one in easy walking distance - the Brewer's Arms, and the Cock Inn
in Polstead is a lovely walk through the woods. Both serve excellent food.
We welcome well behaved dogs, and have
a dog loo on site and super dog walks within 30 yards of the site
Our reception / shop at the entrance to the park sells
a good range of essentials including bread, milk, cheese, eggs, bacon, as well as toiletries, as well as most essential food
items and plenty of chocolate!!. We have a daily delivery of freshly baked Lavenham bread and stock local Suffolk ice cream.
We also have a range of caravan and camping accessories. We are a Calor gas stockist as well! If you are
here on Saturday night, why not place your order for fish and chips at reception and it will be delivered to your door / awning
/ tent!! Daily and Sunday papers are available on site. We have three bikes available
for campers to borrow - including a tandem. Daily or half daily rates available.
